- Manual – The KnowledgeSync Manual provides details on all aspects of application configuration and usage. If you’re new to KnowledgeSync, we suggest going through the Tutorial chapter. Current users should scan the table of contents for specific topics (or use the “Edit/Find” function in MS Word).
- Implementation Guide – Designed for users who are configuring KnowledgeSync for the first time, this short Guide details KnowledgeSync hardware and software requirements, installation options, email configuration (in detail), and commonly received error messages and their resolutions.
- v7 “Navigator” Module Guide – Released in version 7 of KnowledgeSync, the Navigator module is a graphic user interface that allows users to easily create and customize events. The Navigator module is also the access point for creating multi-step, event “job streams”.
- Query Designing Course -
This course walks you through the process of creating “queries” – the part of an event that determines if certain business conditions exist (such as an invoice being overdue for payment).
- Event Designing Course -
This course shows how you link a query to an “event” – and how you can configure an event to send alert messages, to generate and deliver Forms, Documents, and Crystal Reports, and how an event can execute “Actions” to add or update records within a database.
